I’m totally loving the Olympics this year. And not just because Team USA is kicking ass. I love what the Olympics stand for and the consumerism it creates. I think it’s great that Vancouver is hosting it. As one of my top favorite cities in the world, I’m really glad it’s getting the exposure. But just in case you’re not sure if you want to head up to Canada, British Columbia has rounded up some celebrities to help persuade you.
Strangely enough I had a weird sense of deja vu. Oh, right … here’s why: California ran a similar spot with “Find Yourself Here” in the tag line and our wonderful gubbernator asking “When can you start?”
When can I start? Really Arnie, are you sure you really want to go with that? What’s our unemployment rate at now in California? Go eff yourself. Golden State my ass. Given a choice between the two places, I would most definitely head up to British Columbia … because … well, it’s Canada. According to this spot it has everything we have here in California, plus apparently, cooler celebrities.
